Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 6 rice cakes
- 1 onion(s)
- 240 ml vegetable broth, vegan
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- marjoram
- Thyme
- some oil

Crumble the rice cakes into small pieces and soak them in the broth. Combine all ingredients and add just enough oil to achieve the desired minced meat consistency. Season the minced meat to taste, adding sparingly the thyme and marjoram. Let the mixture sit in the refrigerator overnight.
