Vegan pancakes that taste like egg pancakes

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g almond milk (almond drink) or almond drink
  • 2 tbsp lupin flour, 1 tbsp corresponds to about 7.5 g
  • 100 g wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup
  • 1 pinch of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

With almond milk and lupin flour

Combine all ingredients with a hand mixer, food processor, or whisk and let rest for about 15 minutes. Then bake like regular pancakes. I prefer to bake them in a hot iron skillet. Fresh applesauce goes perfectly with them.
