Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g macaroni, short
  • Salt
  • 500 g cherry tomatoes
  • 4 Vienna sausages (turkey wieners)
  • 1 can corn, drained weight 140 g
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 1 can kidney beans, drained weight 250 g
  • 300 g whole milk yogurt
  • 100 g mayonnaise
  • 5 tbsp ketchup
  • pepper
  • ½ tsp sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Pasta Sausages Corn

Cook the pasta. Wash and halve the tomatoes. Slice the sausages. Drain the corn. Rinse the beans in a sieve. Mix the pasta with the ingredients. For the dressing, finely chop the chives, mix the yogurt, mayonnaise, and ketchup, and season with salt, pepper, and sugar. Fold the dressing into the salad.
