Vegan pancakes with delicious chocolate sauce

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g oat flakes
  • 130 ml plant milk (plant drink), vegan, e.g. rice milk, soy milk, almond milk
  • 1 small banana(s)
  • 1 pinch(s) cinnamon powder
  • some oil, preferably coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • some water
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

for about 4 pancakes

First, place the oats in a blender and blend until finely ground, reaching a floury consistency. Then, cut the banana into small pieces, add it with the milk and cinnamon, and blend again. Heat a little oil in a pan and cook about 4 small pancakes. Now, mix all the ingredients for the chocolate sauce and pour it over the cooked pancakes. Garnish the pancakes with fruit. Bananas, berries, and mango go particularly well with this sauce.
