Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 limes
  • 1 tube(s) Tomato paste
  • 150 g almond(s), ground
  • 1 pack of basil (frozen)
  • 1 pack of Italian herbs (frozen)
  • e.g. olive oil
  • n. B. Oil, neutral
  • n. B. broth
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, pressed or finely chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Tomato and herb base, the bestseller and fast

Combine ground almonds, herbs, and tomato paste in a bowl. Mix together the juice of both limes (or just one, depending on your taste) and stir to combine. Season with broth and garlic. Now top up the pesto with both oils until the pesto is completely covered. Truly delicious and easy to prepare for guests.
