Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 avocado(s)
  • ½ mango(s)
  • 1 pack of wakame, approx. 100 g
  • 2 handfuls of edamame
  • 1 pack of tofu, with sesame, approx. 200 g
  • 1 small cucumber(s)
  • 4 cups sushi rice
  • some soy sauce
  • some sesame oil
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 4 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 4 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the sushi rice according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, cut the tofu into flat cubes and fry them in a pan with a little soy sauce and sesame oil. Briefly cook the peeled edamame in a little water according to the package instructions. Dice the bell pepper, cucumber, avocado, and mango. For the sauce, combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and sugar and stir well. Serve the rice in a bowl with all the ingredients and drizzle with the sauce if desired.
