Vegan Quiche
The perfect vegan quiche recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 5 Pc. Cherry tomatoes
- 1 Pc. Zucchini
- 0,5 Pc. Paprika
- 150 g Mushroom
- 2 Pc. Spring onion
- 150 g Unsweetened soy yogurt
- 100 g Vegan whipped cream
- 100 g Vegan Creme Fraice
- 2 tbsp Fermented cream cheese
- 1 branch Chopped rosemary
- 1 pinch Salt pepper
- 1 pinch Herbs of Provence
- 380 g Quiche pastry vergan
- 4 Pc. Artichoke hearts
Vegetable filling
- Dice the vegetables and fry them in the pan with olive oil.
Cream to gratinate
- Mix the jagurt, vegan cream, cream cheese (vegan), vegan whipped cream, spices and herbs together.
preparation
