Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 120 g soy quark (quark alternative)
  • 2 tsp mayonnaise, vegan
  • 10 ml cucumber water (pickle water) or lemon juice
  • 1 tsp, heaped mustard
  • 2 pinches of Kala Namak
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 1 tsp, heaped chives, fresh or frozen
  • 1 tsp, heaped parsley, fresh or frozen
  • 1 tsp dill, fresh or frozen
  • n. B. capers
  • n. B. pickle(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

tasty and light, without much fat

Wash the chives and parsley and cut them into fine rolls or strips. Mix them with all the other ingredients in a bowl. Optionally, add capers and finely diced gherkins.
