Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 120 g soy quark (quark alternative)
- 2 tsp mayonnaise, vegan
- 10 ml cucumber water (pickle water) or lemon juice
- 1 tsp, heaped mustard
- 2 pinches of Kala Namak
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- 1 tsp, heaped chives, fresh or frozen
- 1 tsp, heaped parsley, fresh or frozen
- 1 tsp dill, fresh or frozen
- n. B. capers
- n. B. pickle(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
tasty and light, without much fat
Wash the chives and parsley and cut them into fine rolls or strips. Mix them with all the other ingredients in a bowl. Optionally, add capers and finely diced gherkins.
