spicy and crispy like real bacon

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Mix the marinade ingredients and set aside. Fill a large pan with water. Briefly dip two rice paper sheets, one after the other, into the pan and place both sheets on top of each other on a round board. Press the top sheet firmly and squeeze out any water from between the two sheets. Once the rice paper has softened a little, cut the sheets into strips and place them on baking paper. If you want shorter strips, cut the sheet in half. Brush the strips with marinade and bake the rice paper bacon one after the other in the oven for 5-8 minutes. Be careful not to burn the strips. When they start to turn brown, remove them from the oven. Enjoy the strips immediately or let them cool and store them in an airtight container.
