Vegan: Seitan – Vegetables – Fricassee
The perfect vegan: seitan – vegetables – fricassee recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Seitan
- 1 size Diced onion
- 20 g Alsan
- 3 diced Carrots
- 1 packet Soy cuisine
- 1 handful Cut leek
- 1 handful Ground pepper
- 1 handful Ground nutmeg
- Peel the onion and cut it into small cubes. Then leave them on in the hot Alsan (vegan butter / margarine). Add the diced carrots, sear them nicely, for about 2 minutes, then add the seitan cubes and sear everything together nicely.
- Add the soy cuisine, stir everything well and bring to the boil briefly, then add the cut leek and season with freshly ground pepper and nutmeg.
Recommended side dish
- There was also the first asparagus this year and boiled potatoes.
