Vegan: Seitan – Vegetables – Fricassee

The perfect vegan: seitan – vegetables – fricassee recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Seitan
  • 1 size Diced onion
  • 20 g Alsan
  • 3 diced Carrots
  • 1 packet Soy cuisine
  • 1 handful Cut leek
  • 1 handful Ground pepper
  • 1 handful Ground nutmeg
  1. Peel the onion and cut it into small cubes. Then leave them on in the hot Alsan (vegan butter / margarine). Add the diced carrots, sear them nicely, for about 2 minutes, then add the seitan cubes and sear everything together nicely.
  2. Add the soy cuisine, stir everything well and bring to the boil briefly, then add the cut leek and season with freshly ground pepper and nutmeg.

Recommended side dish

  1. There was also the first asparagus this year and boiled potatoes.
