Vegan: Seitan Meat Pan with Vegetables and Rice

The perfect vegan: seitan meat pan with vegetables and rice recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Homemade seitan meat *
  • 20 piece Brown mushrooms
  • 0,5 pole Leek
  • 2 piece Diced carrots
  • 1 handful Sugar snap
  • 1 shot Rapeseed oil
  • 1 tbsp My vegetable broth *
  1. Wash and brush the carrots, brush and slice the mushrooms, cut the leek in half and then cut into slices. Cut the meat into small cubes. Now wash the sugar snap peas briefly and cut them roughly 1 x.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the diced carrots in it, then place them on a paper towel and sear the diced seitan in the remaining oil. Then there are the mushroom slices, swirl them a little. Add the EßL vegetable broth and the rest of the vegetables, swirl everything together a few times – done and enjoy your meal
