Vegan: Vegetables – Asparagus – Fricassee
The perfect vegan: vegetables – asparagus – fricassee recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 size Diced onion
- 1 size Olive oil
- 3 piece Diced carrots
- 0,5 kg Cut green asparagus
- 0,5 kg Salt
- 0,5 kg Ground pepper a.d.M.
- 1 packet Coconut cream
- Sear the diced onions in the oil, then add the diced carrots and sauté a little too.
- Then add the sliced asparagus, salt & pepper and top it off with the coconut cream.
Recommended side dish
- It is served with parsley rice or potatoes, but it also tastes delicious with a baguette.
