Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150 g soy yogurt (yogurt alternative), e.g. alpro unsweetened
  • 1 cup of cream Vega (Dr. Oetker)
  • 1 tbsp herb vinegar
  • 1 half onion(s), finely diced
  • ¼ garlic clove(s), very finely diced
  • ½ tbsp sugar
  • ½ tbsp salt
  • ½ tbsp pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

without dripping

Mix all ingredients together and let it sit for a moment. Since tastes vary, it’s best to add the ingredients gradually to the soy yogurt and Creme Vega and season to taste.
