Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 150 g soy yogurt (yogurt alternative), e.g. alpro unsweetened
- 1 cup of cream Vega (Dr. Oetker)
- 1 tbsp herb vinegar
- 1 half onion(s), finely diced
- ¼ garlic clove(s), very finely diced
- ½ tbsp sugar
- ½ tbsp salt
- ½ tbsp pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
without dripping
Mix all ingredients together and let it sit for a moment. Since tastes vary, it’s best to add the ingredients gradually to the soy yogurt and Creme Vega and season to taste.
