Quick potato dumpling pan, spicy, with sausages

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g potato dumplings
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 1 m.-large bell pepper(s), red
  • 1 m.-large zucchini
  • 1 pack of sausages, e.g. gypsy sausages or Debrecziner
  • some broth, granulated
  • e.g. cayenne pepper
  • Parmesan, sliced

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cut the bell peppers and zucchini into thin slices. Grease a pan with a little oil and fry the dumplings and vegetables over medium heat. Cut the sausages into roughly 1/2-cm slices, add them to the dumplings and vegetables, and fry briefly over medium heat. Stir well every now and then! Add the crème fraîche and sprinkle a little bouillon powder over the top. Add cayenne pepper to taste. Stir everything together. Finally, turn off the heat and sprinkle the shaved Parmesan cheese over the top. Let it melt in the covered pan.
