Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 600 g turkey strips
- 400 ml coconut cream
- 400 g broccoli, fresh or frozen
- 2 pointed peppers
- 40 g curry paste
- salt and pepper
- Basil, dried, ground
- Coconut oil

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Chop the bell peppers into small pieces and trim the fresh broccoli and cut them into florets. Thaw the frozen broccoli. Add a little coconut oil to the pan and fry the chopped broccoli until browned to your liking. Then add the coconut cream, broccoli, and bell peppers. Season with basil, salt, and pepper to taste. Add the curry paste and stir everything together. Simmer for about 15 minutes, until the vegetables reach the desired consistency.
