Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g spaghetti, vegan
- salt water
- 200 ml soy cream (Soy Cream Cuisine) or oat cream
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 100 g smoked tofu
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 25 ml olive oil
- Sea salt and pepper, black
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cook the spaghetti in salted water. Cut the smoked tofu and onion into small cubes, wash, dry, and finely chop the parsley. Fry the smoked tofu in olive oil until crispy, then add the onion and continue frying for another 2-3 minutes. Then deglaze with the soy cream, add the parsley and nutritional yeast, and season with salt and pepper. Mix the spaghetti with the sauce.
