Vegan: Spinach – Sugar Snap Peas – Vegetables with Chopped Walnuts

The perfect vegan: spinach – sugar snap peas – vegetables with chopped walnuts recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Fresh spinach
  • 300 g Sugar snap
  • 1 size Cut onion
  • 1 tbsp Coconut oil
  • 50 g Seitan cut into small cubes
  • 50 g Vegetable salt * to season
  • 50 g Ground pepper
  • 15 piece Chopped walnuts
  1. Let the onion become translucent in the hot coconut oil, then add the seitan cubes and sear everything nicely so that there are roasted aromas.
  2. In the meantime, cut the spinach that I have already sorted, washed and spun. Wash the sugar snap peas and cut them too.
  3. Now place the snow peas in the fried onions with the seitan cubes and toss for a good 3 minutes.
  4. Add the spinach, the vegetable salt and some freshly ground pepper, toss everything well.
  5. Finally add the chopped walnuts … toss everything again and arrange on a platter.
