Vegan: Spinach – Sugar Snap Peas – Vegetables with Chopped Walnuts
The perfect vegan: spinach – sugar snap peas – vegetables with chopped walnuts recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Fresh spinach
- 300 g Sugar snap
- 1 size Cut onion
- 1 tbsp Coconut oil
- 50 g Seitan cut into small cubes
- 50 g Vegetable salt * to season
- 50 g Ground pepper
- 15 piece Chopped walnuts
- Let the onion become translucent in the hot coconut oil, then add the seitan cubes and sear everything nicely so that there are roasted aromas.
- In the meantime, cut the spinach that I have already sorted, washed and spun. Wash the sugar snap peas and cut them too.
- Now place the snow peas in the fried onions with the seitan cubes and toss for a good 3 minutes.
- Add the spinach, the vegetable salt and some freshly ground pepper, toss everything well.
- Finally add the chopped walnuts … toss everything again and arrange on a platter.
