Vegan: Tortellini Pan
The perfect vegan: tortellini pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 pack Tortellini filled with spinach
- 1 pole Leek cut
- 3 piece Cut peppers
- 20 piece Mushrooms brown
- 20 piece Olive oil
- 20 piece Vegetable salt or salt
- 20 piece Ground pepper
- Cook the tortellini in vegetable stock.
- Brush the mushrooms and cut them into slices. Wash, core and chop the peppers.
- Wash and cut the leek and braise it in a little oil, put it back on a plate and set it aside.
- Brown the cut peppers in a little oil, add the cut mushrooms, braise everything well. Then add the braised leek again, swirl everything well. Now add the cooked tortellini and toss everything through again and round off with pepper and a little vegetable salt.
