Quick Strawberry Mousse …

The perfect quick strawberry mousse … recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 150 g Fresh strawberries
  • 2 tablespoon Powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 sheet Gelatin white
  • 150 g Creme fraiche Cheese
  1. Wash, clean and chop the strawberries. Puree with powdered sugar and lemon juice. Soak gelatin in cold water. Mix the crème fraîche with the strawberry puree until smooth.
  2. Squeeze out the gelatine well and dissolve it. Mix with 2 tablespoons of the créme fraîche mixture. Add to the rest of the mixture and stir well. Chill for 1 to 2 hours.
  3. Cut out cams with a damp spoon. Arrange on dessert plates with strawberries (or as the mood takes you).
