Vegan Tzatziki

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g soy yogurt (yogurt alternative)
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

vegan, quick, easy

Wash the cucumber thoroughly, quarter it, and remove the seeds, as it would otherwise be too runny. Then coarsely grate and squeeze the liquid. Pour the soy yogurt into a bowl and add the cucumber. Then finely chop the garlic and add it. Add the oil and season with salt and pepper. It’s a bit runnier than traditional tzatziki, but extremely delicious with vegetables or vegan gyros.
