Vegan wholemeal spelt bread

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g wholemeal spelt flour
  • 20 g flaxseed
  • 30 g sesame seeds
  • 50 g seeds, mixed, or of your choice
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 400 ml water, lukewarm
  • 1 packet of dry yeast

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes

Combine the spelt flour with the salt, dry yeast, and seeds. Add the lukewarm water and mix. Let it rise in a warm place for 30 minutes. Knead the dough again and pour it into a 30cm loaf pan. Bake the bread at 60°C for 15 minutes, then preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat) and bake for 25 minutes.
