Vegan: Sweet – Sour Soy Pieces in Tomato Sauce
The perfect vegan: sweet – sour soy pieces in tomato sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
To sear STH
- Oil
- 1 tsp Sweet paprika powder
- 15 piece Chunks of soy
marinade
- Soy sauce dark
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp Rice-Honey liquid
- 2 tbsp ***********************
- 1 chopped Onion
- 1 chopped **********************
- 20 g Alsan Bio
- 300 ml Passed tomatoes organic
- 300 ml Some-Of-The-Vegetable-Salt *
Marinate overnight
- Fry the chunks of soy in a little oil and a little paprika, let them cool, then mix with the soy sauce, a little salt and pepper and the honey the evening before and place in the fridge overnight.
For cooking
- Mix the marinated pieces with the chopped onions and let them steep for a while (about 1 hour).
- Heat asan in a pan or saucepan and put the soy pieces with the onion in the hot fat and sear them well, then add the tomato sauce and bring everything to a simmer, possibly add some water. The whole thing should simmer for about 10 to 20 minutes so that everything can draw well.
Cooking pasta
- There was macaroni with this dish … cook them in salted water.
Serving …
- 5 …. Put everything on preheated plates and top off with a salad.
