Vegan with Soy Flakes: Chili Non Carne
The perfect vegan with soy flakes: chili non carne recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 150 g Soy flakes
- 2 size Chopped onions
- 1 medium sized Garlic marriage
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt pepper
- Rosemary as fresh as possible
- Cayenne pepper
- Chili Sauce (Sambal Oelek)
- 750 ml Vegetable broth *
- 4 piece Ripe tomatoes cut into pieces
- 1 Can Canned kidney beans
- 1 piece Diced red peppers
- 1 piece Zucchini finely diced
- 1 piece Carrot diced into small pieces
- Sauté the onions and the garlic in the oil, add the chopped tomatoes, diced carrots and peppers, vegetable stock and the soy flakes. Season to taste with salt & pepper, as well as the cayenne pepper or chilli sauce (sambal oelek) and fresh rosemary (finely chopped).
- Bring the whole thing to a boil and cook for a good 10 minutes, then the kidney beans. Add the corn and the diced zucchini, cook well and then let it stand for a while.

- A baguette goes well with it, but also freshly baked bread or rice … enjoy it for you.
