  • ¼ bell pepper(s)
  • ¼ onion(s)
  • 1 potatoes, mainly waxy
  • 2 mushrooms
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Peel the onion and potato, trim the bell pepper and mushrooms. Cut the bell pepper, onion, and potato into bite-sized pieces, and quarter the mushrooms. Alternate the prepared vegetables on the skewer, spray lightly with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Place the skewer on the crisper plate of the Ninja Dual Zone and cook in the Air Fry mode at 180°C for about 10-12 minutes. Turn occasionally to ensure even browning. This dish is delicious with sour cream and garlic bread, for example.
