Vegetable and Salmon Packet

The perfect vegetable and salmon packet recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 pack Frozen salmon (2 pieces, 125 g each)
  • 1 Orange peppers
  • 1 piece Ginger (approx. 50 g)
  • 2 tbsp Sweet soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Orange juice
  • 2 Strong pinches of salt
  • 2 Strong pinches of pepper
  • 2 Baking paper (approx. 40 cm * 40 cm)
  • 2 Tapes

Side dishes:

  • Various bruschettas (see pictures) and mixed salad à la Papa see recipe!
  1. Thaw the salmon and place in halves in the middle of the baking paper. Clean and wash the peppers, cut into long strips and spread over the salmon. Clean and wash the cherry tomatoes and place 4 half cherry tomatoes on each of the pepper strips / salmon. Peel the ginger and cut into fine elongated strips and place / distribute on the two salmon packets. Sprinkle the two salmon packets with 1 tablespoon each of sweet soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of orange juice. Season with salt (1 big pinch) and pepper (1 big pinch). Close the packet like a sachet and close tightly with a ribbon. Bake / bake in a preheated oven at 175 ° C for about 15 minutes and serve bruschettas and a mixed salad à la Papa.
