Fish: Salmon with Vegetable and Cheese Sauce

  • 4 Carrots
  • 50 g Peas
  • 4 Paprika
  • 1 Can Corn
  • 50 g Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 50 g Processed cheese
  • 250 ml Vegetable broth
  • 100 ml White wine
  • Rapeseed oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Nutmeg
  • 4 Salmon fillet
  1. Peel and dice the carrots. Halve the peppers, remove the seeds and dice. Drain the corn. Fry the carrots, bell peppers, peas and corn in the hot rapeseed oil. Add the vegetable stock and white wine. Let simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in the creme fraiche and processed cheese. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  2. Heat some rapeseed oil in a pan. Rinse the salmon fillet and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  3. I served mashed potatoes with it. Enjoy your meal!
