Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 m.-sized sweet potatoes
- ½ head of white cabbage
- 3 m.-sized carrot(s)
- 100 g breadcrumbs
- 3 eggs, size M
- 50 ml olive oil
- 3 pinch(s) nutmeg, grated
- 2 dashes fish sauce
- e.g. salt and pepper
- 200 g feta cheese
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Clean and grate the sweet potatoes, cabbage, and carrots. Mix all ingredients except the feta cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Line the oven tray with baking paper and spread the mixture on it. Bake in the hot oven for 20 minutes. Crumble the feta and spread it over the cake. Return to the oven for another 10 minutes.
