Vegetable cream sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 200 ml cream
  • 200 ml broth
  • 2 tbsp sauce thickener
  • 2 cans of vegetables (e.g. corn and peas with carrots)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Finely chop or mince the onion and sauté in a little oil. Deglaze with the cream and stock and bring to a boil briefly. Then add a thickener (depending on the desired consistency). Season with salt and pepper to taste. Finally, add the drained vegetables. Spaghetti goes best with this dish.
