Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 cups vegetables (leftovers of your choice)
- 1 ½ tbsp Flour, smooth
- 1 ½ liters of water
- some marjoram
- 1 pinch of caraway
- 1 ½ tbsp beef broth, instant
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp sour cream, mixed
- some paprika powder

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
My grandmother’s legacy
In a blender, blend the leftover vegetables with 1.5 cups of water, the spices, herbs, and flour until smooth. Add this mixture to the remaining water and bring to a boil. Add the beef broth, butter, and stirred sour cream and let it simmer. Serve hot.
