Vegetable frittata with feta cheese

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg vegetables, frozen (e.g. yellow and red carrots, kohlrabi, runner beans)
  • 150 g ham
  • 200 g sheep’s milk yogurt
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • 6 eggs, size M
  • 1 tbsp onion granules
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp curry powder, Indian hot
  • n. B. Butter for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Grease a baking dish with butter or line it with baking paper. Dice the ham and feta and mix with the vegetables. Crack the eggs and mix with all the other ingredients. Add the vegetables to the baking dish and pour the egg mixture over them. Bake in the hot oven for about 30 minutes.
