Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g carrot(s)
  • 500 g potatoes
  • 2 kohlrabi
  • Flour
  • 2 m.-sized eggs
  • some oil
  • 500 g quark
  • some milk
  • n. B. herbs
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Peel and grate the vegetables. Add the eggs and flour to the vegetables and mix until smooth. Add a little oil to the pan and pour some batter into the pan, frying well on both sides. You can also add or substitute other vegetables, such as zucchini. For the herb dip, mix the quark with a little milk to create a nice, creamy dip. Season with salt, pepper, and herbs.
