Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g gnocchi
- 80 g leaf spinach
- 1 large bell pepper(s)
- 3 small carrots
- 80 g shepherd’s cheese
- pepper
- chili powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Fry the gnocchi and thinly sliced carrots in a non-stick pan over medium heat until half cooked through. Add the bell peppers and continue cooking, then stir in the leaf spinach until wilted. Season to taste, scatter the diced feta cheese over the top, and let it melt.
