Ingredients
- 1 pole Leek cut
- 20 g Mild coconut fat
- 1 Red Diced paprika
- 1 yellow Diced paprika
- 100 g Diced paprika soy meat
- And ready to marinate
- 300 ml Not-From-Concentrate tomato juice
- 300 ml Freshly ground pepper
Instructions
- Sauté the cut leek / leek in the coconut oil and add the cut peppers, fry everything together for a few minutes.
- Now add the diced paprika soy meat (completely marinated) and everything with the tomato juice and bring to a simmer.
- The whole thing should now simmer gently for about 30 to 40 minutes to thicken a little.
- Season everything with pepper from the mill and serve with the rice cooked in vegetable stock.
