Vegetable Goulash with Soy Meat on Vegetable Rice

Ingredients
 

  • 1 pole Leek cut
  • 20 g Mild coconut fat
  • 1 Red Diced paprika
  • 1 yellow Diced paprika
  • 100 g Diced paprika soy meat
  • And ready to marinate
  • 300 ml Not-From-Concentrate tomato juice
  • 300 ml Freshly ground pepper

Instructions
 

  • Sauté the cut leek / leek in the coconut oil and add the cut peppers, fry everything together for a few minutes.
  • Now add the diced paprika soy meat (completely marinated) and everything with the tomato juice and bring to a simmer.
  • The whole thing should now simmer gently for about 30 to 40 minutes to thicken a little.
  • Season everything with pepper from the mill and serve with the rice cooked in vegetable stock.
