Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 small cauliflower
  • 1 chard
  • 1 carrot(s)
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 8 m.-sized potatoes
  • 1 packet of soup (broccoli cream soup)
  • 1 pack of vegetables (creamed vegetables)
  • lemon(s)
  • Tabasco, green
  • salt and pepper
  • Gratin cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Roughly clean the cauliflower and cook in salted water with a slice of lemon for about 15 minutes. Peel the potatoes and cook them with the cauliflower. Clean the leek and chard and cut them into wide strips. Clean the carrot and slice them thinly and cook them together for about 6-7 minutes. Meanwhile, cook 1 packet of broccoli cream soup and 1 packet of creamed vegetables in the Thermomix. Season with green Tabasco, salt and freshly ground pepper. Prepare the sauce according to the instructions on the packet. Slice the cooked potatoes using an egg slicer and place them in the pan in portions. Arrange the vegetables appetizingly in the pan, pour the sauce over them and sprinkle with gratin cheese. Bake in the oven at 250°C fan-assisted with the grill for about 30 minutes.
