Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 m.-sized carrot(s)
- 1 small onion(s)
- 1 half zucchini
- 1 half pepper
- 80 g feta cheese
- 4 small cocktail tomatoes
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 pinches of salt
- 2 pinches of pepper
- 1 handful of herbs, as desired, e.g. chives, parsley, etc.
- e.g. garlic powder

Wash the vegetables before preparing them. Slice the carrots and zucchini, the carrots slightly thinner than the zucchini. Peel the onions, halve them, and then cut into strips about 1 cm thick. Quarter the peppers and then cut them into strips. Halve the cherry tomatoes. Dice the feta cheese. Cut a generous amount of aluminum foil off so that you can seal the top properly. Place all the ingredients in a jumbled order in the center of the aluminum foil. Drizzle with olive oil and season well with salt and pepper. If desired, you can also sprinkle on garlic powder. Top with the herbs. I like to use parsley, chives, and a little rosemary. Now close the packet by turning all the corners upwards and then twisting them together. Please ensure that the packet is completely closed. Then place it on the grill for about 10-12 minutes. If you want to put it on the coals, reduce the time accordingly to about 8-9 minutes.
