Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 12 slices of baguette
- 50 g butter
- 200 g zucchini, diced
- 150 g peppers, yellow, red and green, diced
- 200 g diced tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic
- 250g mozzarella
- 3 tbsp mixed herbs, chopped (thyme, basil, parsley)
- Salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Toast the baguette. Heat the butter and sauté the diced vegetables and garlic for 3-4 minutes. Let cool. Dice the mozzarella and add it to the vegetables along with the herbs and spices. Mix well and spread it on the bread. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 5-6 minutes. Makes 12 loaves.
