Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 onion(s), red
  • 2 zucchinis
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 300 ml vegetable stock
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 dashes Sriracha sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

vegetarian

Dice the onions and cut the vegetables into bite-sized pieces. Sauté the onions in oil, then add the remaining vegetables. When everything is al dente, stir in the tomato paste and dust with flour. Stir well, then add the vegetable stock and sour cream. Season to taste with sriracha, soy sauce, and the spices. Tip: Instead of the listed vegetables, you can use whatever the season has to offer. We always make this, for example, when we have leftover pasta.
