Vegetable pan with shrimp

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g prawn(s), pre-seasoned
  • 3 bell peppers
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 handful of cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp sour cream
  • turmeric
  • salt and pepper
  • Herbs, Italian
  • chili powder
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

quick and easy

First, wash and chop the vegetables. Cut the bell peppers into thin strips, the zucchini into thin slices, and the onion into 1/2 rings. Sauté the bell peppers, zucchini, and onion together in olive oil, season, and remove from the pan for the time being. Then fry the shrimp in the cooking juices. Add the vegetables back in and season well with turmeric, salt & pepper, garlic, and chili. Cover the pan for about 5 minutes to steam the vegetables. Finally, add the tablespoon of sour cream and mix everything together. Baguette goes well as a side dish.
