Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 spring onion(s)
  • 2 apples
  • 1 onion(s), red
  • salt and pepper
  • some bread(s), (tomato and olive bread)
  • olive oil
  • 2 slices of smoked salmon
  • some feta cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Dice the bell peppers, peel and dice the apples, slice the spring onions, and slice the onions. Heat a pan on the stovetop with a little olive oil and sauté the onions until translucent. Then add the apples. This will add a little sweetness. Add the bell peppers and spring onions to the pan and season with salt and pepper. Once the vegetables are cooked, divide them among the plates and add a slice of salmon to each one. Crumble the feta cheese over the top and serve the sliced ​​bread.
