Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 thick zucchini
  • 4 medium-sized bell peppers
  • 200 g turkey breast
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 pack of feta cheese
  • oil
  • herbal salt
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • oregano

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

For vegetarians also without turkey breast

Wash the two thick zucchini (peel if desired) and cut into wafer-thin slices. Then cut the bell peppers into bite-sized pieces. Cut the turkey breast fillet into strips. Heat the oil in an XXL pan and fry the vegetables and turkey breast, stirring constantly to prevent burning. For extra flavor, stir in the whole cup of sour cream and the diced feta. Once everything is cooked, season with herb salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano.
