Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 large zucchini
- 2 large tomatoes
- 1 package of feta cheese
- n. B. olive oil, good
- herbal salt

Thinly slice the tomatoes and zucchini. Cut the feta cheese into small cubes. Depending on the size, place 2-4 slices of vegetables and some feta cheese on a piece of aluminum foil and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with herb salt and seal the foil into a small package. Grill for 10-15 minutes. Tip: Don’t throw away leftovers. Simply open the packages and put everything, whether grilled or not, in a pot. Bring to a boil with cream or broth and serve with pasta the next day.
