Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 8 pointed peppers, Hungarian, white
- 200 g feta cheese
- 2 garlic cloves
- some milk
- salt and pepper
- Herbs of your choice or herbal teas
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
should not be missing at any barbecue party
Remove the tops from the peppers, leaving a small rim. Scrape out the seeds or rinse them with water. Crush the feta cheese with a fork. Finely chop the garlic and mix with the feta cheese and milk until thick. Season with salt, pepper, and herbs. Fill the peppers evenly with this mixture. Don’t fill them all the way to the top, or it will all spill out during grilling. Place the peppers on the grill and let them brown on all sides (it goes quickly). These peppers are a must for our barbecue party.
