Vegetable – Pasta with Salmon

The perfect vegetable – pasta with salmon recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 180 g Farfalle
  • 2 Cup Salted water
  • 0,5 Pc. Carrot
  • 100 g Sugar snap
  • 1 handful Cranberries
  • 400 g Salmon fresh
  • 2 tablespoon Corn oil
  • 0,25 Can Coconut milk
  1. Peel the carrot and cut into slices.
  2. Cut the sugar snap peas into oblique diamonds.
  3. Bring the water to a boil, add the Farfalle
  4. Add vegetables and let simmer for another 3 minutes. Add the cranberries, switch off and leave to stand for 1 minute. Pouring off.
  5. Heat coconut milk, season to taste. Add vegetable noodles, mix well, let steep for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Put the oil in the hot pan, place the salmon on the skin side, fry for 4-5 minutes, turn and fry again for 4-5 minutes.
