Vegetable – Pasta with Salmon
The perfect vegetable – pasta with salmon recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 180 g Farfalle
- 2 Cup Salted water
- 0,5 Pc. Carrot
- 100 g Sugar snap
- 1 handful Cranberries
- 400 g Salmon fresh
- 2 tablespoon Corn oil
- 0,25 Can Coconut milk
- Peel the carrot and cut into slices.
- Cut the sugar snap peas into oblique diamonds.
- Bring the water to a boil, add the Farfalle
- Add vegetables and let simmer for another 3 minutes. Add the cranberries, switch off and leave to stand for 1 minute. Pouring off.
- Heat coconut milk, season to taste. Add vegetable noodles, mix well, let steep for 1-2 minutes.
- Put the oil in the hot pan, place the salmon on the skin side, fry for 4-5 minutes, turn and fry again for 4-5 minutes.
