Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 3 beetroots
  • Carrot(s), same weight as beetroot
  • 3 apples, coarsely grated
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 pinch(s) of cane sugar
  • 2 tsp herbal salt
  • oil
  • 200 g desiccated coconut
  • 150 g corn, dried
  • 100 g buckwheat
  • 10 peppercorns

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Gluten-free and dairy-free

Finely grate the beets and carrots, coarsely grate the apples. Grind the corn, buckwheat, and peppercorns together. Mix all ingredients (except the oil) thoroughly. Heat the oil until very hot, then set it over medium heat. With wet hands, form the vegetable dough into small balls, drop them into the hot oil, and flatten them with a spatula. Fry on both sides.
