Ingredients
- 20 g Mild coconut fat
- 1 half Leek cut
- 10 tan Fresh + cut mushrooms
- 3 handful Sugar snap peas fresh + cut
- 1 Red Fresh + cut peppers
- 1 tbsp Homemade vegetable salt
- 300 g Cooked spelled penne
Instructions
- Leave the leek in the hot coconut oil, do not stew.
- Now sprinkle the cut mushrooms and the vegetable salt over it, toss everything a few times.
- Add the cut sugar peas, swirl all of this together and finally fold in the cooked penne and swirl everything a few times, season with pepper from the mill, place on preheated plates and just enjoy.
