Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 220 g flour
- 100 g vegetable cream or butter
- 1 egg(s)

- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (Kaisergemüse)
- 50 g ham, diced
- 5 eggs
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 80 ml Cremefine for cooking
- 1 sprig(s) oregano (golden oregano)
- 1 sprig(s) thyme, large-leaved
- 1 garlic clove(s), chopped

- Caraway seeds
- Salt
- 1 lemon(s), untreated, sliced
- e.g. Parmesan, thinly shaved, for sprinkling
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
quick shortcrust pastry quiche
Combine all the ingredients for the shortcrust pastry and mix until smooth. Chill the dough for about 30 minutes. Roll it out and place it in the prepared quiche dish. Spread the Kaisergemüse and ham on the dough. Mix the eggs, grated Parmesan, tomato paste, and Cremefine with all the spices and herbs. Season well and pour over the vegetables. Finally, arrange the thin slices of Parmesan and lemon slices on the topping. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes. After baking, let the quiche rest briefly, then serve.
