Ingredients for 2 servings:
- ½ bag of vegetables (Italian-style mixed vegetables, frozen)
- 1 chicken schnitzel (minute schnitzel), marinated
- 2 bags of rice
- 3 tbsp sour cream
- salt water
- some water or vegetable stock
- some Fondor

Chop the schnitzels into small pieces with the marinade and fry until cooked through. Then remove them from the pan and add the vegetables to the pan, frying them until tender. Then mix the meat with 3 tablespoons of sour cream and season with something like Fondor. For a little more sauce, I add a little water, as the sour cream thickens the sauce slightly. Cook the two bags of rice in salted water according to the package instructions and stir in.
