Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 lettuce leaf
  • 1 carrot(s), sliced
  • 2 slice(s) cucumber(s), quartered
  • n. B. Herbs of your choice, mixed
  • 1 egg(s), hard-boiled
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Peel the egg and slice it thinly. Then place it on a plate along with the lettuce, carrot slices, and cucumber. Sprinkle the herbs over it. Mix everything together. Finally, season with salt and pepper. Note: The egg can be omitted.
