Vegetable Soup from Cup

- 2 liter Self-Made. Vegetable broth *
- 4 diced Carrots
- 1 diced Red pepper
- 1 handful Sliced green beans
- 1 handful Leek long cut
- 1 bunch Spring onions
- 1 bunch Sliced parsley
- 2 tbsp Oleolux to refine
- If necessary, peel the vegetables, wash and dice them, add the vegetable stock and bring the whole thing to a boil. Now add the spring onions and parsley, refine with the Oleolux and let it steep for about 15 minutes.
